Est. 1853—Governed Maritime Territory.
By grace of heritage. By strength of Lockwood.
Upon the North Bank of Lota Creek and beyond stands Lockwood Harbour Territoy. This privately held harbour has stood since 1853, as a testament to continuity, diligence and the preservation of inherited duty—a jewel of continuity in an ever-changing world.
Thus it has been. Thus its shall remain.
We acknowledge with deep respect the Quandamooka People, the traditional custodians of ancestral land—Narlung, The Place of Long Shadows.
Their bond to these shores, forged by mariners, storytellers and ancestors whose presence remains ever felt.
By blood and sea. By blood and stone.
By right of unchallenged ownership and the immutable weight of history, LHT stands as a bastion of private enterprise.
Its wharves, its waters and the very earth beneath are bound by unbroken chains of ownership, secured as fee simple receipt as they are inviolable. No external hand may lay claim.

For our legacy, For our future.
This is not merely land. It is private ownership—a wharf, a lineage sealed by time and ironclad trust.
Secured in 1853, defended through generations. Secured under Lockwood's unwavering ownership and stewardship.
Preserve and Protect:
Uphold the sacred charge of private maritime inheritance, ensuring that the North Bank of Lota Creek and its associated assets remain in the stewardship of those called to guard it.
Defend and Enforce:
Challenge all unlawful encroachments or modern reinterpretations. Confront any act that seeks to unseat historical dominion with counterfeit authority.
Legacy and Future:
Secure the wharf, the land, and all riparian rights—not just for today, but for generations to come.
The Lockwood Family Trust shall not yield what is owned.
