A private member's maritime club shall be inaugurated, offering privileged access to those whose conduct and purpose align with the traditions of this harbour. It will serve as both sanctuary and society for navigators, traders, and stewards of the sea.

Independent dry dock and marine maintenance

We shall commence the construction of an independent dry dock and marine maintenance precinct, enabling full-scale vessel restoration and support within our own jurisdictionfree from external constraint
