Let it be clearly and unequivocally stated: Lockwood Harbour Territory is a privately governed maritime estate. Access is restricted. Occupation is limited. Authority is absolute.

Unauthorised entry is strictly prohibited

Any person found accessing the wharf, dock, foreshore, or mooring sites without formal lease, written approval, or legal standing shall be deemed in violation of the estate’s rights.

Trespassers shall be prosecuted

All breaches will be met with immediate legal recourse, including civil or criminal action where applicable. The estate reserves the right to detain, remove, and pursue damages against unlawful entrants.

Public use not permitted.

The wharf, jetty, slipways, and harbour infrastructure are not for public recreation, observation, or access. These are working maritime structures held in private dominion.
